Overview
The .Net Lead Developer plays a crucial role in leading a team of .Net developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using the Microsoft .Net framework. Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of .Net developers in the analysis, design, and development of software applications using C# and ASP.NET.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand requirements for software development projects.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices in software development, code reviews, and adherence to coding standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring the overall growth and skill development of the team.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Participate in architectural and design discussions to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct performance analysis and optimization of software applications to ensure high performance and scalability.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in software development and integrate them into the team's workflow.
- Participate in the full software development life cycle, including requirement analysis, design, testing, and deployment.
- Identify and address technical debt and areas for improvement in existing systems and processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in software development using C# and the .Net framework.
- Proven experience in leading a team of developers in software design and implementation.
- Expertise in ASP.NET, MVC, and web application development.
- Strong proficiency in SQL database design and development.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or TFS.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with a keen focus on delivering quality solutions within project timelines.
