Key Responsibilities:
Design, Build, and Maintain Code: Develop and maintain clean, reusable, and reliable code
in C#, .NET Core, and related technologies.
Lead Development Projects: Take ownership of development initiatives, including
requirements gathering, project planning, coding, testing, and deployment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and
other development teams to design integrated solutions.
Code Reviews & Best Practices: Conduct regular code reviews to ensure the codebase
adheres to industry best practices, is scalable, and is maintainable.
Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and
resolving software bugs and issues.
Mentorship & Leadership: For the Lead Developer role, mentor junior developers, promote
knowledge sharing, and guide the team in delivering high-quality software.
Technical Skills*:
Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, MVC, and Blazor frameworks.
Proficient in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, React, or Angular.
Solid experience with SQL Server or other relational databases, with a focus on query
optimization and database management.
Familiarity with web services (RESTful APIs, SOAP, etc.) and integration patterns.
