Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET Lead with capability to understand business problems and create technical solutions. Lead and mentor team in .NET stack. Collaborate with PO/Scrum master's in planning and execution. Apply industry standard designing and coding practices.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies such as .NET, Snowflake, various JavaScript frameworks including Vue.js, AWS, Data Analytics, Python, and databases like PostgreSQL and MySQL.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Collaborate with PO/manager in planning, scheduling, executions.

Design and develop services and APIs using .NET and Python.

Develop scalable, responsive, and intuitive UI using JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js.

Utilize cloud services on AWS for deployment, scaling, and monitoring of applications

Integrate with and leverage Snowflake for data storage, processing, and analytics.

Implement efficient database solutions using PostgreSQL and MySQL, ensuring data integrity and performance.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.

Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team members.

Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack, ensuring timely resolution.

Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve our development processes.

Requirements and Skills:

Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, or equivalent.

Experience working in Agile based development environments.

Proven experience (8+ years) as Technical Lead/Analysts in .NET tech ecosystem having led 5-10 member teams.

Deep expertise in .NET technologies.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript based UI development (Vue.js preferred) with ability to learn new framework on demand.

Strong proficiency in DB design and development specifically in MySQL/PostgreSQL

AWS/Azure cloud conversant along with DevOps/CICD.

Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.

Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead teams through ambiguity and uncertainty.
