Responsibilities: - Performs hands-on coding and bug fixing at the application level (Level 3 Support Role).
Debugs, tests, and installs complex applications programs.- Diagnoses and resolves complex application software problems and their related interfaces.
Prepares and updates documentation according to the standard procedures on the proposed solutions.
- Plan and manage & perform the user related activities required for system deployment & post support.
Regularly report and communicate work status and issues to the assigned Team Lead or Project Manager or Solution Manager
Possess a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.- Required skill(s): Visual Basic, MVC, ASP.NET, Java, MS SQL Server, C#.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
