We are seeking an experienced .Net Lead / Senior .Net Lead
who will lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical foundation in C#/.NET frameworks and have hands-on experience with modern front-end technologies like React. This role demands strong leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and the capacity to mentor a team of developers while delivering high-quality software solutions.
Provide technical leadership and manage the day-to-day activities of the development team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.- Implement scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions across a variety of platforms using .NET technologies.
Actively participate in coding, ensuring code quality and best practices are followed, particularly with C#/.NET, ASP.NET Core, and React.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Work closely with product managers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure software solutions align with business needs and technical requirements.- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers in both technical and professional development.
Manage code repositories using Git, ensuring best practices in version control, branching, and merging strategies.
- Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in .NET technologies and recommend improvements to processes and technologies.
- Technical Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of C# / .NET (Full Framework)
ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core- Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core
Proficiency in React, HTML, and CSS for use within ASP.NET MVC.
- Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, including query optimization and performance tuning.
Strong experience in REST Services and API design principles.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
Experience in designing and implementing task scheduling, batching, and background worker processing.
- Proficiency in Git for version control and collaboration.
Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in leading and mentoring development teams.- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, contributing to overall team success.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Educational Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software development with .NET technologies.
* 2+ years of experience in a lead or senior developer role, with direct involvement in team leadership and mentoring.
