- Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation and Qualification
Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential customers or businesses that could benefit from the company's software products.
- Lead Qualification: Assess the needs and budget of potential leads to determine their suitability as a customer.
Database Management
: Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate information about leads and prospects.
Product Information
: Provide detailed information about the software products, including features, benefits, and pricing.Demonstrations
: Arrange and sometimes conduct product demonstrations or webinars to showcase software capabilities.Follow-Up: Follow up with leads and prospects to address queries and push the sales process forward.
Technical Assistance: Offer initial support for basic technical issues or direct customers to appropriate technical resources.
- Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently and professionally.
Feedback Collection
: Gather customer feedback to help improve products and services.
Scheduling Meetings
: Set up appointments for sales representatives or technical staff with prospective or existing clients.Calendar Management
: Coordinate with different teams to ensure that meetings are scheduled and managed effectively.Outbound Campaigns
: Participate in or manage outbound marketing campaigns to promote new software features, updates, or special offers.Inbound Campaigns
: Handle incoming calls and inquiries related to ongoing campaigns or promotions.- 6. Reporting and Documentation
Call Logs
: Maintain accurate records of calls made, conversations held, and outcomes.Performance Reporting
: Provide regular reports on performance metrics, such as call volume, conversion rates, and customer feedback.- 7. Compliance and Quality Assurance
