Responsibilities:
- Resolve small/medium tickets and queries promptly.
- Manage customer escalations and provide solutions.
- Prepare and maintain daily NDR reports and resolve escalated issues as needed.
- Understand client needs and deliver customized solutions.
- Identify process/product improvements and provide feedback to the product team.
- Regularly engage with POCs to review performance and drive key metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 4-5 years of experience in delivery handling.
- Preferred: Background in logistics.
- Proficient in MS Office with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong client relationship management.
- Effective time management and multitasking.
- Empathy, patience, and responsive decision-making.
