The nCino Engineer plays a crucial role in developing, customizing, and maintaining the nCino platform, a leading cloud-based banking solution that integrates seamlessly with Salesforce. Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in nCino platform development and customization.
- Salesforce Developer certification or equivalent experience in Salesforce development (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer).
- Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS for nCino customization and development.
- Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases for data modeling and manipulation within nCino.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment, following best practices for software development and deployment.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements within the nCino platform.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
