Naturopathic Doctor

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

A Naturopathic Doctor is responsible for diagnosing, treating, and preventing illnesses using natural therapies and holistic approaches. They focus on the body's inherent ability to heal and maintain optimal health through individualized patient care, education, and the use of natural remedies.

RESPONSIBILITIES: -

1. Patient Assessment: -

- Conduct thorough patient interactions and physical examinations.

- Review patient medical histories and lifestyle factors.

- Suggest and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging as needed.

- Assist Senior Doctor during the patient consultation and treatment

2. Diagnosis and Treatment:

- Diagnose health conditions based on patient assessments and test results.

- Implement personalized treatment plans according to the Senior Doctor.

- Coordinate and full responsibility of Ozone Therapy treatments.

- Use a variety of natural therapies including herbal medicine, nutrition, homeopathy, acupuncture, and physical therapies & Ozone Therapies, IV Therapies & Dietary Therapies.

3. Patient Education:

- Educate patients on lifestyle changes, dietary modifications, and preventive measures.

- Provide guidance on self-care techniques and natural remedies.

4. Collaboration:

- Assist with Senior Doctor to provide integrated care and consultation of the patient.

5. Record Keeping:

- Maintain detailed patient records including prescription, treatment plans, progress notes, and follow-up care.

- Prepare and maintain nutraceuticals prescription / Colon Wash prescription/Ozone

- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations & Clinic policies.

6. Learning:

- Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in Naturopathic & Functional medicines.

- Attend professional development courses, workshops, and conferences.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Doctorate degree in Naturopathic Medicine from an accredited naturopathic medical school.

- Valid state/provincial license to practice as a Naturopathic Doctor.

- Strong knowledge of natural therapies, nutrition, Ozone Therapies, IV Therapies, Dietary Therapies, Nutraceuticals Acupuncture and holistic health principles.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to healthcare.

SKILLS:

- Diagnostic and analytical skills.

- Proficiency in natural and holistic & functional medicine treatment methods.

- Ability to develop personalized treatment plans & patient prescriptions.

- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.

- Ability to educate and motivate patients towards healthier lifestyles.
