Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Having experience of working on applications like Data Trace, Data Tree and on the Title Point, TRD, EWB, FAST applications.
Should have enough experience working on Full search, Developer Deed search using starters is must.
Nationwide search experience with experience of working on multiple applications.
Examine the search package.
Verify the chain of title.
Verify all open lines and judgements.
Consider all the ancillary documents.
Review the veracity of documents on title perspective
Generate Title report in client application.
Upload any additional document as per the requirements.
Excellent typing skills.
Qualification & Experience
Basic Degree completion with Experience in Mortgage Origination
Minimum 2 years in Due Diligence and 5 Years Mortgage experience
Should be flexible working in night shifts
