  • Shape company's strategic direction in the rapidly evolving Rare disease space
  • Lead and mentor a team of Key Account Managers

Job Description

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the rare disease portfolio.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
  • Ensure sales targets are met or exceeded on a consistent basis.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to develop effective promotional activities.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, promoting a high-performance culture.
  • Stay updated with latest developments in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards in all sales activities.
  • Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful National Sales Manager should have:

  • 5 years + super-speciality sales experience is a must rare disease experience will be preferred
  • Ability to build strategic relationship and partnership with Key external experts and COEs
  • Candidate should come with proven sales record in the super speciality segment
  • Open to Delhi as a location, WFO/WFH.
