Job Description
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the rare disease portfolio.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
- Ensure sales targets are met or exceeded on a consistent basis.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to develop effective promotional activities.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, promoting a high-performance culture.
- Stay updated with latest developments in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards in all sales activities.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful National Sales Manager should have:
- 5 years + super-speciality sales experience is a must; rare disease experience will be preferred
- Ability to build strategic relationship and partnership with Key external experts and COEs
- Candidate should come with proven sales record in the super speciality segment
- Open to Delhi as a location, WFO/WFH.
