Roles & Responsibilities :
* Identify New Customers/ Pan India and applications with good value addition for increasing business.
* Identify and work with OEM's for new products / applications.
* Work with existing customers and dealers/distributors for increasing business share.
* Development & Utilization of available resources to develop a good sales force for organization growth.
* Continuous monitoring of the market trend & growth to identify new customers/potential applications.
* Provide continuous technical support to customers for achieving Customer Delight.
* Identify and adhere to statutory requirements of the business to ensure good business ethics
* Ensure timely collection of payments from customers and ensuring no bad debts.

* Minimum 15+ years as Sales in charge or Business Development in a Polymer Industry with good OEM Contacts.
