Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in sales leadership roles within the construction equipment industry for 8-12 years.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of the road construction equipment market and industry dynamics.
- Skills:
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of international markets and experience in managing sales teams across different regions is advantageous.
- Proficient with MS Office and Google Tools, including CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Responsibilities:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the companys customer base and ensures a strong presence in the market.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports, along with realistic forecasts, to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while staying fully aware of new products and competition status.
