- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of competitive landscape
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies
- Provide regular sales forecasting and performance reports to the management team
Qualifications And Skills
- Proven experience as a National Sales Head or similar role in the HR Consulting industry
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing a sales team towards meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Ability to travel nationally as required
