Implementation of Business Plan & quantify business goals

Drive the Development of the organization's strategy on business

Detailed Planning of promotional funds requirement

Experiment with innovative quality initiatives

Align the sales team to the vision and strategy of the organization Provide thought leadership and perspective to the team

Anchor Customer Relations Management
