Job Overview
We are hiring a National Sales Head - Furniture to lead and oversee our sales team across the country. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon. The National Sales Head - Furniture will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing sales strategies, and managing key client relationships in the furniture industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the furniture market.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business goals and sales targets in the furniture sector
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and productivity
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the furniture industry, identifying opportunities for business expansion
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify potential business opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to support sales efforts
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions
- Forecast sales targets and budgets, monitor sales performance against targets, and take corrective actions when necessary

- Manage contract negotiations and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards

Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a National Sales Head or similar leadership role in the furniture/Plywood/Laminates industry
- In-depth knowledge of the furniture/Plywood/Laminates market, industry trends, and customer preferences
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and market information
