National Product Manager

We have opening for DVP / VP National Product Manager - CASA Cross Sell with Leading Private Bank

Job Role -

* CASA & Cross Sell is a major balance sheet and profit-and-loss item for Agri Finance Group. The group's aim is to synergize the existing connection, deepen and explore CASA prospects, therefore enhancing profitability and stickiness per client.

* Responsible for the overall CASA cross-sell for Agri customers.

* Develop incremental CASA strategies, such as contests and team engagements.

* Evaluate existing book performance and identify opportunities to boost CASA and cross-sell.

* Preparing review presentations and reports on key business criteria for management decision-making.

* Addressing feedback and serving issues linked to CASA and cross-sell.

* Map the ecosystem with portfolio clients to enhance wallet share.

Job Requirement :

• Postgraduate MBA/CA
• 5 to 6 years of expertise in comparable fields or prior experience managing a branch.
• Understanding RBI/Bank Internal Guidelines for CASA or Asset Cross Sell Policies
• To be self-motivated and full of enthusiasm with superior communication skills (oral and written).
• Should have both liability and asset product knowledge.
• Understanding market and consumer segments
