To identify products and policies for growth of the LAP & LAS product in line with the objectives set by the company
Drive the implementation of new policies & amendments through proper communication/training to all relevant stakeholders in the organization so as to enable growth of the housing business.
Track performance of the housing business through MISs on various business and credit parameters like disbursements, number of accounts, fees, NPAs, productivity and other parameters
Review income plans and identify additional sources of revenues and fee income to drive overall profitability of the business
Devise effective retention strategies and life cycle management approaches.
Explore and initiate tie-ups with external agencies to facilitate customer acquisitions and revenue generation.
Propose and pursue viable projects for Automation and digitization for all retail products.
Collaborate with marketing to develop various marketing schemes and marketing campaigns to enable growth of business.
Drive new product introductions to take retail loan business to the set business targets. (e. g. Loan For Insurance / Consolidated Insurance Products )
Facilitate process improvement initiatives and retention processes.
Constantly keep abreast of market trends and competitor intelligence so as to identify the latest in the retail loan space with respect to legal and technical aspects and bring that to implementation
Identify training needs of the team and ensure that all the employees across the regions are trained on products and processes.
Ensure compliance to all Audit / RBI regulations as well as adherence to company s policies, processes and procedures.
