elbex courier service is looking for National Manager - Channel Development to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.Channel Strategy and Planning:Develop Channel Strategy:Collaborate with leadership to define and implement a comprehensive channel development strategy aligned with overall business goals.Identify new channel opportunities and evaluate market trends to stay ahead of industry shifts.Channel Partner Recruitment:Identify and recruit new channel partners that align with the company's target market and business objectives.Conduct due diligence and assess potential partners for strategic fit.Partner Segmentation:Segment and categorize partners based on capabilities, strengths, and market reach.Develop tailored strategies for different partner segments.Relationship Management:Partner Onboarding:Lead the onboarding process for new channel partners, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of products/services.Provide necessary training and resources to enable partners for success.Communication and Collaboration:Establish regular communication channels with partners to provide updates, share resources, and address concerns.Foster a collaborative environment, working closely with partners to achieve mutual goals.Conflict Resolution:Proactively identify and address conflicts within the channel, working towards resolution.Act as a mediator to ensure positive and productive relationships.Performance Monitoring and Optimization:Performance Metrics:Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for channel partners and monitor their performance against set goals.Analyze data to identify areas of improvement and implement optimization strategies.Marketing and Sales Support:Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to provide partners with the necessary tools, collateral, and support to effectively market and sell products/services.Develop joint marketing initiatives and campaigns.
