Deep diving into clients manufacturing processes to identify interventions possible from Thermax.
Working closely with clients to identify their pain areas and locate their seen and unseen needs.
Working with divisions and overseeing the timely submission of competitive bids (both technical and commercial offerings).
Tracking sustainability strategies of key accounts, analyzing their sustainability plans and converting it to a business plan. Researching ways that a key account can reduce its carbon footprint.
Understanding the amendments/alternation in Govt policies and its implication on Thermax business key accounts.
Understanding trends and best practices in corporate sustainability, with a particular focus on energy environment sectors.
Participating in workshops, seminars of local associations Govt bodies on sustainability.
Business development complete asset management for the customers.

Track record of successful sales/BD with large corporate/ key customers, preferably with multi business/division environment.
Knowledge on sustainable solutions in one or more areas of renewable energy, decarbonization, solar, hydrogen, water and wastewater treatment solutions, automation.
