Develop winning strategies at point of purchase for ANI brands- Retail Environment strategy for MT, Ecommerce & CSD by RE type
- Merchandiser operations management
- ISR management
- Nutrition Advisor and 3P management
- Shopper In sighting and engagement
- Category management
- Control and accounting of Budgets for Modern Trade, ecommerce & CSD
- Monthly / quarterly /annual spends forecast accuracy
- ROI evaluation at activity level Pre- & Post activity
- Co-create the JBP/CBP planning for top accounts along with Key accounts team
- Sales Strategy and Planning: Route to market strategy, Defining productivity KPIs for the Trade BU, Sales distribution plan for NPI

Minimum 6-7 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of 8-9 years experience in a reputed FMCG Company in the Sales / Marketing function with at least 2-3 years experience in handling key accounts
- Extensive knowledge of marketing and brand plans
- Good grasp of distribution and logistics management
- Understanding of financial and legal regulations
