Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor the team of beauty advisors across various locations.
• Develop training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Ensure beauty advisors deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure the alignment of strategies and promotions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in beauty and personal care, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to travel as needed.
