Job Summary
- Involves representing the organization to our current and potential customers in face-to-face interactions/ Telephone calls/Web meetings via the Sales process.
- Applies specialist knowledge in performing and reviewing specific processes and procedures within and across departments, to support achievement of regional, divisional, and corporate goals. Participates/leads in the design, development, and implementation of processes within the area of expertise.
- This position is required to achieve Sales targets and eligible to receive related commission.
Responsibilities
- Field Sales Calls, Customer Acquisition & Retention - Adding new and Managing Large National Accounts, 50% hunting and 50% farming
- Business Development, Domestic/ Local - Well-versed with local experience with respect to geography, customer base, market requirement
- Account Management - Pre-Sales, Customer Proposal Creation, Pricing Proposal, Account Activation, Post-Sales
- Supply Chain Commercial, Field (Territory) Sales, Specialty Sales - Freight, Client Contact.
- Flexible to travel within Mumbai and Western part of India.
Qualifications & Specifications
- 5-8 years of experience in managing large accounts. Overall sales experience of 8-10 years.
- Graduation / MBA / PGDBM in any specialization.
- Presentation Skills, Influencing and persuasion Skills, Negotiation Skills, Written and verbal Communication Skills, Networking Skills, Stakeholder management and Compliance and external regulations
- Needs Express Transportation/Banking industry experience
