About the job and its activities
The inherent surface wettability of the samples will be modified via novel physio-chemical methods to create open digital microfluidic platforms that allow fabrication of new photonics device platforms or bioanalytical platforms. We further integrate the optical spectroscopic technique to obtain sensitive and selective measurement of analytical samples
Working hours
Monday to Friday, - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities
- Surface modification: Implementing novel physio-chemical methods to alter the inherent surface wettability of samples.
- Digital microfluidic platform fabrication.
- Integration of optical spectroscopy: Incorporating optical spectroscopic techniques for sensitive and selective measurement of analytical samples.
- Characterization: Evaluating the efficacy and performance of modified surfaces and integrated optical spectroscopy through thorough characterization.
- Application development: Exploring and developing practical applications leveraging the modified surfaces and integrated optical spectroscopy for various fields such as photonics and bioanalytics.
