Key Responsibilities:
- Nail Services:Perform manicures, pedicures, and other nail care services with attention to detail and precision
- Apply nail extensions, gel polish, and acrylics as per client preferences
- Nail Art Design:Create unique and customized nail art designs based on client requests and trends
- Stay updated on the latest nail art techniques, styles, and products
- Client Consultation:Consult with clients to understand their preferences, style, and any specific nail concerns
- Provide recommendations and suggestions for nail care and design options
- Sanitation and Hygiene:Adhere to strict sanitation and hygiene practices, including the sterilization of tools and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Product Knowledge:Stay informed about different nail care products, tools, and techniques
- Recommend and educate clients on appropriate at-home nail care routines
- Customer Service:Provide excellent customer service by ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Address client concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Appointment Management:Schedule and manage client appointments efficiently
- Ensure punctuality and maintain a smooth flow of appointments throughout the day
- Retail Sales:Recommend and sell retail nail care products to clients
