Roles & Responsibilities Operations Management:
o Oversee the processing of mutual fund transactions, including purchases,
redemptions, and transfers.
o Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
throughout the transaction process.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of mutual fund transactions and
client information.
o Coordinate with fund managers and other external partners to resolve any
operational issues.
o Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client
satisfaction.
Sales Support:
o Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to promote mutual fund
products to potential clients.
o Provide detailed information and guidance to clients regarding mutual fund
options, performance, and investment strategies.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying
opportunities for additional investments and services.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales materials and
presentations for mutual fund products.
o Participate in client meetings and presentations as required.
Customer Service:
o Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns related to
mutual funds.
o Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and
retention.
o Educate clients on the use of online platforms and tools for managing their

Compliance and Reporting:
o Ensure all sales and operational activities comply with regulatory standards
