We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Mutual Fund Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing Assets Under Management (AUM) by developing and maintaining relationships with clients, offering strategic investment advice, and driving mutual fund sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Provide personalized investment advice and solutions tailored to clients financial goals.
2. Sales and Business Development:
Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
Identify and target potential clients to expand the customer base.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
3. Product Knowledge and Promotion:
Stay updated with the latest mutual fund products and market trends.
Educate clients on various mutual fund schemes and investment strategies.
Promote and cross-sell mutual fund products to clients.
4. KYC:
Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and AUM growth.
Analyze market trends and provide insights to optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in mutual fund sales and client relationship management.
Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in finance and investment will be an added advantage.
