Job Summary:

We're looking for passionate and skilled Keyboard Music Teachers to instruct students in our partner schools in Bangalore and Hyderabad. Ideal candidates will have a strong musical background, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to inspire young minds.

Responsibilities:

1. Teach keyboard lessons to students (1nd-10th standard) in partner schools.

2. Develop and implement engaging music curricula aligned with school standards.

3. Conduct music classes, workshops, and performances.

4. Evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain records.

5. Collaborate with school staff to integrate music with other subjects.

6. Prepare students for music competitions, exams, and school events.

7. Maintain a positive, supportive classroom environment.

8. Communicate with parents/guardians about student progress.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Music or Music Education.

2. Keyboard teaching experience (minimum 2 years).

3. Strong knowledge of music theory, pedagogy, and keyboard techniques.

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.

5. Ability to work with diverse age groups and skill levels.

Desirable Qualifications:

1. Certification in keyboard teaching (e.g., Trinity College London).

2. Experience with music software and technology.

3. Familiarity with Indian and Western music traditions.
