Role Description

This is a full-time on-site internship role located in Bengaluru for a Music Producer. The Music Producer intern will collaborate with the Vobble team to create, arrange, and produce music targeted towards children aged 6-12. They will work on tasks including composing original tracks, which includes writing lyrics, arranging and layering instruments, attending recording sessions (both to perform and to direct external performers), and producing high-quality audio tailored to children's engagement and imagination.

Responsibilities:

• Compose and produce original music that complements a variety of content, from storytelling to educational audio.
• Arrange and layer musical elements to create dynamic soundscapes.
• Support the audio team in ensuring all music aligns with Vobble's unique brand and mission.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative audio ideas suitable for children's content.
• Assist with basic tasks related to music editing, mixing, and final production quality control.

Qualifications:

• Experience with professional music production software such as Logic Pro, Ableton Live, FL Studio etc.
• Strong understanding of music production fundamentals.
• Knowledge of music composition, soundscaping, and audio layering techniques (knowing how to sing/play an instrument is a plus!).
• Strong creativity and an ability to produce engaging and child-friendly music.
• Attention to detail and strong critical listening skills.
• Recently completed or pursuing a degree in Music Production, Audio Engineering, Sound Design, or a related field (Optional).
• A passion for creating music that captures the imagination of children and enhances their listening experience.
