Music Director

This is a full-time on-site role for a Music Director. As a Music Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all music-related aspects of our productions. This includes composing, arranging, and producing music, conducting rehearsals, collaborating with artists and musicians, and ensuring the overall musical integrity of our projects. Your creativity and passion for music will play a vital role in enhancing the overall quality of our productions.

• Strong knowledge of Music Theory and Music Education
• Experience in Music Production and Church Music
• Proficiency in various musical instruments
• Excellent composition and arrangement skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with artists and musicians
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
• A degree in Music or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in film or media industry is a plus
