Job Title: Murex Testing Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Murex Testing Specialist with up to 4 years of experience in Murex MX Test/ONYX. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in testing Murex 3.1, automation using ONYX, and strong hands-on experience with UNIX and SQL. You should also have solid domain skills in Capital Markets, particularly in Fixed Income, and experience in the full trade lifecycle within BFSI domain applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Murex Testing: Perform testing using Murex MX Test/ONYX, with a good understanding of testing Murex 3.1. Develop and execute automation test scripts using ONYX.
- Reconciliation: Perform reconciliations using MX Test with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Capital Markets Expertise: Work with various modules and instruments within Capital Markets, especially in Fixed Income.
- Automation Testing: Prepare automation test suites for Murex Modules and execute automation test cases for all releases.
- DevOps Tools: Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitHub, and Bitbucket for continuous integration and deployment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business teams for test case reviews and IT teams for deployments and fixes.
- Defect Management: Manage defects by articulating issues, assigning them to technical teams, tracking fix dates, and capturing resolutions.
Required Skills:
- 2-3 years of experience performing reconciliations using MX Test.
- Experience in Capital Markets, especially in Fixed Income instruments.
- Hands-on experience with UNIX, SQL, and automation with ONYX.
- Knowledge of testing BFSI domain applications and understanding of the trade lifecycle.
- Experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins, GitHub, and Bitbucket.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience using MX Config and MX Pipeline.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
