We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef with expertise in Continental, Chinese, Italian, Mughlai, and South Indian cuisines. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in these diverse culinary styles and demonstrate a passion for creating innovative and high-quality dishes.
Develop and execute menus across Continental, Chinese, Italian, Mughlai, and South Indian cuisines.
- Ensure the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.
Manage kitchen staff, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to create and implement seasonal and special menus.
Monitor and manage food costs and budgets.- Stay current with culinary trends and continuously seek opportunities for innovation.
