The Position

Main Accountabilities:

Operational Oversight:


Manage daily digital integration operations, ensuring systems run smoothly and efficiently.

Monitor performance, swiftly addressing issues and ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.

Team Leadership:


Lead, mentor, and develop a team of integration specialists.

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful deployments and incident resolutions.

Project Management:


Plan and manage operational projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.

Keep stakeholders informed on progress and solutions.

System & Process Improvement:

Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements in collaboration with API-led Product teams.

Maintain comprehensive documentation for all integration processes.

Support & Troubleshooting:

Provide technical support, swiftly resolving integration issues to minimize business disruption.

Analyze and resolve integration failures, working with relevant teams to implement solutions.

Vendor Management:


Manage third-party vendor relationships, ensuring service levels are met.

Negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms for the organization.

Key Requirements:

Experience:


8+ years in digital integration or IT operations.

Proven experience with Mulesoft and leading operational teams.

Skills:


Strong operational management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Proficiency in integration tools and cloud-based services.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Certifications:


ITSM Certification Integration Fundamental Mulesoft Platform Architect Certification (preferred)
