Mandatory Skills:
A flexible team of highly experienced MuleSoft developers that will develop MuleSoft APIs/application in accordance with the quality systems procedures.
MuleSoft implementation standards with naming conventions, CI/CD processes in ADO and implementation standards.
The Applications will be developed for different projects in different Business areas . After the Applications has gone live the team must also be available to perform maintenance, enhancements and changes of the Applications developed. The team must be able to scale up and down with short notice.
Key Deliverables:
MuleSoft Applications with the quality systems defined documentation and according to MuleSoft standards and methods.
During operation of the Application, it is required to be able to perform changes and maintenance of the application according to the Standard KPI: No of resources available for development, Response times for up and down scaling of the team, General response times for initiating and delivering changes for Applications in operation.
Service Responsibility: It is the vendors responsibility to provide skilled and experienced resources and ensure that application is delivered according to the individual project requirements which is to be agreed in advance of commencing new MuleSoft applications together with the projects.
