Integration Experience: Must have experience in Salesforce or SAP integration through MuleSoft
Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Work hands-on with customers and partners to address critical business challenges using MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement MuleSoft integrations and APIs.
- Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance on MuleSoft implementation projects and advise on best practices for on-premises, cloud, hybrid integration, and API management.
- Requirement Evaluation: Evaluate customer technical and functional requirements to develop cost-effective solutions that deliver demonstrable returns.
- Solution Design: Deliver presentations and lead customers through solution design, providing delivery guidance and influencing standards.
- Implementation and Best Practices: Internalize frameworks, and best practices, and vet implementations while contributing to technical sessions and reusable content.
Technical Skills
- API Design: Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and SOAP web services.
- MuleSoft Expertise: Knowledge of RAML and API design principles and familiarity with security protocols such as OAuth and JWT for API authentication.
- CI/CD Pipelines: Understanding CI/CD pipelines for MuleSoft deployments.
- Integration Skills: Hands-on experience with the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including configuration, customization, integration, and security administration.
Additional Skills
- Salesforce/SAP Integration: Must have experience in integrating Salesforce or SAP using MuleSoft.
- Salesforce Knowledge: Knowledge of Sales Service Cloud is a plus.
- Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is advantageous.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 7 years of experience in MuleSoft integration development and API management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
