Responsibilities
- Work with team to analyze business requirements/user stories, translating those requirements in to customized solutions using the Mulesoft platform.
- Responsible for development, maintenance, and support of Mulesoft applications.
- Work closely with Architects to design, implement and test Mulesoft solutions that adhere to platform best practices.
- Debug, troubleshoot and resolve Mulesoft application related issues.
- Perform performance tuning of Mulesoft applications.
- Perform peer reviews to ensure code quality. Ensure that the code follows the best practices, naming conventions, technical & design standards as defined.
- Post-delivery assists team in supporting the live application and perform handoff and knowledge transfer activities.
- Prepare technical documentations as required.
- Actively participate in all Scrum Ceremonies and share thoughts and idea during the calls.
- Assist in the estimation of work effort and set a realistic schedule for development.
- Works closely with multiple to deploy changes through DevOps tools (source control, static code analysis, CI/CD, testing automation).
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 4 years experience in Mulesoft development
- Intermediate Java or other modern day language development experience
- Experience and good knowledge on Mule ESB, Mule connectors, Anypoint Studio, API Management and CloudHub
- Strong experience in SOA, REST and web services
- Good understanding of SOA and integration patterns
- Relevant certifications, ideally Mulesoft Developer Level 1 certification with aspirations to achieve Architect level certification
- Excellent communication (written and oral), presentation skills, interpersonal skills, and management skills
- Knowledge and experience with a CI/CD Tools like Jenkin, etc
- Knowledgeable in software development methodologies such as Agile and SDLC, as well as digital development platforms, tools and deployment technologies
- Salesforce experience and related certifications is added advantage
