We are inviting applications for the role of Management trainee, Contract Management
This role needs coordination with Category Management, Sourcing Lead, and Sourcing Support teams for Contract Requirements, and work with different levels of personnel including legal and regulatory affairs within the organization to analyze and solidify an overall contract strategy
Responsibilities
. Drive the End-to-end contract management process including contract authoring, red-lining, negotiations and approvals
. Collaborate closely with the Category Management, Internal legal dept. and Vendors as required to get contracts published once sourcing has been completed and a vendor has been selected
. Report status of current contract processes to management
. Resolve any existing contract conflicts and ensure that RFP proposals are reflected in final agreements
. Serve as a liaison between internal and external parties during contract development and negotiation stages
. Negotiate terms, conditions and if needed to a limited extent commercial terms, and ensure they are accurately executed and satisfied
. Ensure appropriate templates for contracts are used and laisse with legal if needed to review vendor paper
. Maintain contract templates and own the contract approval flow of executed sourcing activities
. Maintain contract templates and handle the contract approval flow of executed sourcing activities
. Ensure SLAs around the contracting process like TAT for contract, contract accuracy, etc.
. Help develop MIS around the SLAs around the contracting process
. Assist and guide Engagement owners/partners within the business on contract process questions
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
. Minimum Bachelor&rsquos Degree - B.Com,
. M.COM/MBA with at least relevant experience in managing contracts.
. Excellent comm. skills - Verbal & Written
. Must be detailed oriented, organized, with a great sense of urgency, and hardworking
Preferred qualifications
. Ability to work independently, multitask and take ownership
. Working with multiple stakeholders to implement solutions
