We are seeking a motivated and dynamic intern to join our team, focusing on the sanitation sector in Maharashtra. The intern will play a crucial role in representing our organization in discussions with Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) across Tamil Nadu, assisting in the planning and execution of workshops, and collecting essential data to support our ongoing projects.
Duties & Responsibilities
Representation & Liaison:
- Travel to various ULBs in Maharashtra..
- Represent the organization in discussions with ULB authorities for organizing workshops on sanitation.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the sanitation sector.
Data Collection
- Collect and compile data relevant to sanitation projects within the ULBs.
- Assist in analyzing the data to provide insights and recommendations for improving sanitation practices.
Workshop Assistance
- Support the planning and logistical arrangements for conducting workshops on sanitation.
- Assist the team during workshops, including setting up, coordination, and managing participant engagement.
Documentation
- Prepare reports, minutes of meetings, and other documentation as required.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities, communications, and data collected.
Skills Required
- Proficient in Marathi
- Good Communication skills,
- Presentation Skills
Qualification : Bachelors degree in relevant field ( Business, Social Work, Social Sciences)
Experience : 0-1 year, Academic also considerable
