Install, configure, and deploy MSSQL Server instances
Manage database security, including user accounts, permissions, and roles
Monitor database performance and identify potential bottlenecks
Troubleshoot and resolve database issues
Perform backups and restore operations
Script automation tasks using T-SQL and PowerShell
HA/DR setup configure and manage (Log shipping, Mirroring, Always on AG, Clustering etc.
Document database activities and procedures
Work with developers to understand and optimize database queries
Stay up-to-date on the latest MSSQL Server technologies and best practices
What you need to bring:
5-7 years of experience as a SQL Server DBA
Strong understanding of MSSQL Server architecture and functionality
Desired Skills :
Experience with database performance tuning tools
Experience with database HA & DR solutions (Log shipping, Mirroring, Always on AG, Clustering etc.
Experience with database migration methodologies
Experience with performance monitoring tools
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience with T-SQL scripting
Working knowledge of database security principles
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
