Role: MS Dynamics Tech Lead

Job Description:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics solutions.

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.

Ensure the quality and performance of delivered solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Microsoft Dynamics with other systems and applications.

Develop and maintain technical documentation.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics.

Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in Microsoft Dynamics and related technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM/365 architecture and customization capabilities.

Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and other relevant technologies.

Experience with data migration, integration, and third-party applications.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Microsoft Dynamics certifications are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate).

Familiarity with Azure services and cloud technologies.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
