Job Title: MS Dynamics Functional Consultant
Location: Bangalore, Pune
Expereince: 5-9 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics platform (CRM/ERP).
- Configure and customize MS Dynamics modules, ensuring alignment with business processes and user needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide support during the implementation phase.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective adoption of the system.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving functional issues within the MS Dynamics applications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in MS Dynamics to provide best practices and recommendations.
- Participate in project planning, status reporting, and risk management.
Preferred Skills
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics (e.g., Dynamics 365 Certified).
- Experience with integration tools and data migration processes.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
