Mandatory Skills:
- Proven experience of 3+ years in providing support and development services on MS Dynamics CRM.
- Solid understanding of CRM concepts and architecture.
- Proficiency in customizing and configuring MS Dynamics CRM, including forms, views, workflows, and reports.
- Experience with CRM data migration and integration projects.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification (preferred but not required).
Job Description:
- Provide technical support for MS Dynamics CRM system, addressing user issues and troubleshooting technical problems.
- Collaborate with the client's team to understand business requirements and translate them into CRM solutions.
- Customize and configure MS Dynamics CRM to meet the client's specific needs.
- Develop and implement CRM enhancements, plugins, workflows, and integrations as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful software configuration and customization.
