Job Description

Position: MS Dynamics CRM Support and Developer

Experience: 4+ Yrs

Shift Time: 12 PM to 9 PM

Job Type: Contract

Mandatory Skills:

  • Proven experience of 3+ years in providing support and development services on MS Dynamics CRM.
  • Solid understanding of CRM concepts and architecture.
  • Proficiency in customizing and configuring MS Dynamics CRM, including forms, views, workflows, and reports.
  • Experience with CRM data migration and integration projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification (preferred but not required).

Job Description:

  • Provide technical support for MS Dynamics CRM system, addressing user issues and troubleshooting technical problems.
  • Collaborate with the client's team to understand business requirements and translate them into CRM solutions.
  • Customize and configure MS Dynamics CRM to meet the client's specific needs.
  • Develop and implement CRM enhancements, plugins, workflows, and integrations as required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful software configuration and customization.
