Role & responsibilities

As an MS D365 NAV/BC Technical Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, to gather requirements, design, develop, and deliver tailored solutions that align with their business needs. Your expertise will be instrumental in configuring, customizing, and extending the functionality of D365 NAV/BC to maximize its potential and drive efficiency.

נCollaborate with internal business stake holders to understand their business processes, requirements, and objectives.

נConduct a gap analysis to identify areas where D365 NAV/BC can be leveraged to streamline operations and optimize performance.

נCustomize and configure D365 NAV/BC modules to align with the client's specific business processes.

נDevelop and implement enhancements, integrations, and extensions.

נConduct thorough testing to ensure quality and resolve any issues or bugs.

נProvide training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of the system.

נEnsure successful delivery of ERP BC D365 projects, providing business value, streamlined processes, and efficiencies, specifically for Business and Operations.

נMapping Licenses to the users in Microsoft 365 and performing synchronization for the same in ERP BC D365.

נProviding permissions to the users company-wise in ERP BC D365.

נCreation of workflow in ERP BC D365.

נCreation of BP/BR/JV Batches for the Finance Team in ERP BC D365.

נHandling the ticketing tool of NCML for ERP BC D365, allotment of tickets to the concern team according to the ticket

נPerform integration soln. of the Software with ERP BC D365.

נEvaluate and make recommendations on streamlined processes and efficiencies.

נBusiness and technical requirements analysis, solutioning, testing, and training.

נCoordinate with the support partner on supporting, solutioning, and implementing the changes required for efficiencies and streamlined processes.

נPerform functional testing and facilitate user acceptance testing and training.

נManage software development lifecycle for development activities, including support, enhancements, and integrations.

נCoordinate cross-functionally with the various business units, both Accounting and Operations.

נCommunicate regularly with business stakeholders.

נSupport IT Controls, including Technical and User Testing Signoffs and Security / Segregation of Duties.

Preferred candidate profile

נ8 years of experience as an MS D365 NAV/BC Technical Consultant.

נBusiness Process knowledge: Procurement to Pay, Order to Cash, Account Payable, Accounts Receivable & General Accounting

נStrong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related modules.

נAbility to gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

נExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

נEffective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
