Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service
applications (at least 5 full implementations).
- Architect, design, upgrade, and integrate business solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365
Field Service.
- Work on key elements like work orders, scheduling, dispatching, mobile applications, asset
management, preventive maintenance, inventory, purchasing, and returns.
- Manage time tracking for field service technicians.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service.
- Expertise in customizing, configuring, and developing using Microsoft Dynamics CRM
technologies: C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, SQL, and SSRS.
- Experience with integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, PowerApps, and WebAPI.
- Strong data migration skills using tools like SSIS, PowerQuery, and KingsWaySoft.
- Proficiency with Power Platform, including Canvas Apps, Automate, and Portals.
- Knowledge of PowerApps governance and DLP policies.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with web technologies like ReactJS, JSON, WCF, oData, and jQuery.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with
stakeholders at all levels.
