Basic principles of Gas Turbine engine operation
Material Removal Technques - Blending, Electro-Chemical Machining, ElectroDischarge Machining, Polishing, Ultra High Pressure Water.
Create and manage technical package and provide continued support as an IPT Leader.
Author / define repair tasks, including substantiation as a Competent Author (CA).
Leading technical discussions with Engineering Specialists and CVE. Manage the Project effectively for timely completion.
Support the implementation of the repair & approval of Component repair FAIr with a MRO vendor. Optimise Measurement processes to ensure effective flow through the plant.
Support MRO for transferring repair capability from an existing source
Support Engineering for Services (EFS) with delivering all solutions effectively and on time in the Repair and Overhaul service lines.
Data management: Approved documents archiving and storing as per the RR process, Updating status in various RR Portal, such as Kanban, CRM etc., if not accessible to Offshore team
Strong understanding of certification (inc. Aircraft Interface) and continued airworthiness requirements.
Strong understanding on AS9102 and ability to support FAIr process.
Technical scoping of non-regular task with RR SPC
Supporting with Inputs not accessible from offshore
Author / define TVs, including substantiation as a Competent Author (CA).
Leading technical discussions with RR Specialist and CVE. Manage the Project effectively for timely completion.
Organising meeting and discussion between offshore and Customer
Weekly status update to Customer SPC, if necessary and delivery Task priority
Finding new work opportunities and ensuring steady work load for the offshore team
Data management: Approved documents archiving and storing as per the RR process, Updating status in various RR Portal, such as Kanban, CRM etc., if not accessible to Offshore team
Strong understanding of certification (inc. Aircraft Interface) and continued airworthiness requirements. Software Awarness MS Office, PLM, Kanban
