Roles And Responsibilities
- Perform mould polishing to ensure high-quality surface finishes
- Conduct tooling maintenance to prolong the lifespan of moulds
- Inspect surface finishes to meet quality standards
- Adhere to quality control procedures to ensure product integrity
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address issues in polishing processes
- Interpret technical drawings to guide mould polishing activities
- Execute machine maintenance to keep equipment operational
Qualifications And Skills
- Minimum of 4 years and maximum of 6 years of experience in Mould Polishing
- Expertise in Tooling Maintenance
- Proficiency in Surface Finish Inspection
- Strong understanding of Quality Control processes
- Excellent Problem-Solving skills
- Ability to interpret Technical Drawings accurately
- Experience in Machine Maintenance
