Identifying, and rectifying faults in electrical Machinery, in the Factory or at site.

He should be well versed in handling the testing instruments such asIR Tester (Megger),LCR Meter, Surge Comparison Tester,Tan Delta Tester

Apart from the above, he should be able to check and confirm the correctness of connections of Windings .

Form Coils, shape, and insert the formed Coils into the slots of the Stator, Rotor, or Armature.

He should be proficient in rewinding LT, HT, motors, alternators, DC machines etc.

He should be able to Dismantle, and Reassemble the above mentioned machinery, in the Factory or at site.

He should be able to carry out brazing of coil end-connections and terminating with Lugs.

He should possess the knowledge of operating an Electronic Dynamic Balancing Machine, Coil Looping, Spreading Machine.

He should be familiar with the handling of hydraulic puller assembly,used in extraction of bearings, pulleys, couplings from the Rotor shaft.
