Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Motor Surveyor at Claim Genius. As a Motor Surveyor, your day-to-day tasks will include conducting vehicle inspections, assessing damages, determining claim values, and preparing detailed survey reports. You will also be responsible for communicating with clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely processing of claims.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting vehicle inspections and assessing damages
• Knowledge of insurance claim processes and procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using computer software for data entry and report generation
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with AI-based technologies or machine learning is a plus
• Previous experience in the automotive or insurance industry is desirable

Should be able to read, write & speak in English, Malayalam, Hindi & any other regional language proficiency will be a big plus (e.g. Tamil, Telgu, Gujarati, etc.)
