Description:

As a Motion Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling animations, motion graphics, and visual effects for various digital media projects. You will collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize, design, and animate dynamic motion graphics that enhance storytelling, engage audiences, and elevate brand experiences across multiple platforms.

Qualification:

Graduate from any discipline with diploma in multimedia or video animation

Bachelor's degree in Motion Design, Animation, Visual Effects, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience as a motion designer, animator, or visual effects artist, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of motion graphics projects and styles.

Software skills:

Adobe animates, aftereffects and adobe premiere pro and other animation tools.

Responsibility and skills:

• Motion Graphics: Design and animate motion graphics, kinetic typography, and visual effects for a wide range of digital media projects, including videos, advertisements, presentations, websites, mobile apps, and social media content.
• Concept Development: Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and copywriters to develop concepts, storyboards, and visual treatments that effectively communicate ideas, messages, and brand stories through motion graphics.
• Animation: Should be good with animation techniques, especially with animation timing, key frames, easy in/out, text animation and transitions. Should be make it more live, visually interactive and appealing.
• Visual Effects: Incorporate visual effects, transitions, and special effects into motion graphics to enhance storytelling, create visual interest, and convey complex concepts or narratives in a compelling and memorable way.
• Software Proficiency: Use industry-standard motion graphics and animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro to create, edit, and composite motion graphics and visual effects.
• Audio Integration: Sync motion graphics with audio tracks, sound effects, voiceovers, and music to create cohesive and immersive multimedia experiences that engage multiple senses and enhance storytelling impact.
• Optimization: Optimize motion graphics and animations for various digital platforms and formats, ensuring compatibility, file size optimization, and performance efficiency across web, mobile, and social media channels.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients, producers, and project managers to understand project requirements, provide creative input, incorporate client feedback, and deliver motion graphics solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on motion graphics deliverables to ensure technical accuracy, visual consistency, and adherence to project specifications, brand guidelines, and industry standards.
